On May 24 and 25, 2024, the employees of airRoxy had the opportunity to participate in an unforgettable team-building trip. It was two days full of attractions that certainly strengthened our relationships and brought a lot of joy.

On the first day, we organized a company Olympics, consisting of various competitions aimed at enhancing teamwork. The competition between teams was fierce, but above all, the spirit of fair play and fun was what mattered most. In the second part of the day, it was time for a more adrenaline-filled challenge – paintball. Everyone had the chance to test their tactical skills and teamwork during exciting games. Colorful balls were flying everywhere, and we enjoyed every moment spent on the battlefield.

In the evening, after an action-packed day, it was time to relax and integrate with music. We organized a joint party that lasted until the late hours of the night. It was a perfect opportunity to chat, laugh, and get to know each other better in a less formal atmosphere. Dancing, singing, and delicious food made this evening a memorable one.

The second day was spent relaxing and resting. We reminisced about the fierce competition and fun from the previous day, enjoying each other’s company.

The team-building trip was not only great fun but also an opportunity to strengthen the bonds between employees. We are happy that we could spend these two days together and we are already looking forward to the next joint events!
